Bad Girls Pinball

If you can get past the artwork and backglass, it's a fun game. Oh wait...the sound is bad too....literally! It keeps saying "Bad" over and over...

Don't feel too bad; I bought the Bad Girls only because you got the TX Sector I wanted originally. I'll be happy to trade you LOL

LOL so your darren? That is funny I wouldnt give up the tx-sector though it is too fun!!! the bad girls is a fun one too also!

No, don't know who Darren is, my name is Justin. I was trying to work a deal with Noel for both of those machines, or just the TX Sector if we couldn't come to arrangement. You scooped up the TX Sector that night, so I had to take the Bad Girls. He wasn't able to make it over here this weekend, so he's bringing it back down to me this weekend.

At least we are both getting a good deal.

Justin check your pm I am thinking of trading the street fighter 2 for your bad girls, you know every middle age overweight man likes bad girls. lol...let me know.

I also don't mind trading the tx-sector for your bad girls cause you know all middle age overweight guys like bad girls LOL...So call me I sent you a pm with my number and we can work something out.

deal done, thanks alot justin!!!! It has some issues but they can be fixed easily I think. The reason the balls were not kicking out was because it had no balls in it lol. Also the left flipper coil or solenoid is bad, and top pop bumber is bad, also battery needs replacing or the U3 or U6 Chip. But the music rocks and the girls are hot and the game seems to play good. My tech is coming over tomorrow to work on it so I should have a video of it soon since there are 0 I mean NONE on youtube or any other site of this game, Mine will be the first! 80's rocks!

What do you all think of the bad girls pinball. I can score one for 300. 250 if I am lucky

Not a big fan of late 80's gottliebs, eh? Bad Girls can't be that bad, I read it's essentially a reversed EBD playfield with a ramp.

Aubrey: Glad you like the very 80's chicks. Hopefully I will like the TX Sector as much. Replace the sleeve on that left flipper and check to make sure your spring/tension matches the right one. Quit calling your tech, you have like 5 pins now, time to learn to work on them yourself. These easy problems are the best place to start. (Unlike myself; I stupidly bought an acid damaged GamePlan machine to learn on. Not the best idea, but I learned.)

I took the sleeve out and cleaned it in hot tap water then dryed it good. so I don't think it is the sleeve, but the metal plunger might be pitted or need to be filed down. Also the stop plate has mushroomed so that needs to be filed also. Also the spring on the metal plunger is very weak and not the same as the right so I might have to buy a rebuild kit from pbresource for 31 dollars. and using wd40 or some lube on SS is not all that bad as long as I let it dry and not use ALOT just to make the plunger slide better up and down in the sleeve. Like I said when I did that it worked great for 10 seconds then stuck up position again. I don't know enough about flippers to really know what to fix. All I can do is replace it with a rebuild kit. Also top pop bumber is out and battery or u3 or u6 is bad. Also a drop hole is loosing the ballls and not kicking them back out. So it has some issues but not too hard to fix. Your lucky I put 80 dollars in fixing the tx-sector, so your getting a completely working pin. So now I might have to spend 20-40 to get bad girls to be working again. Also for the guy that says bad girls is horrible, to each his own dude, I happen to like spring break, raven AND bad girls. Opinions are like well you know.

The WD40 IS a bad thing. It won't burst into flames on an SS, but it WILL gum up quickly, and all of that solenoid dust will tear up that flipper assembly even worse and make a mess.

You should be able to pull the sleeve out and see if it is smooth. Same thing with the plunger. If it is pitted, replacing it is a good idea, but if it's minor you can hit it with some high (600+) grit and polish it. Swapping the plungers on the flippers should show you which combination moves smoothly and help you distinguish which is out whack, the sleeve or plunger.

And since you should be pulling them out to get the WD40 anyway, it should be very little extra work.

OK bad girls is up and running perfectly, new dl2430 battery installed, speech, music, left right flippers work perfect, all switches are working, all solenoids work. Adjusted everything. playing perfect, now I am glad I traded for this game! The only question is for those that have played it before how much speech is in it? I hear the bad bad bad 80 mix style speech, but is that all the speech? Since there are no vids on youtube I can't tell if there should be more speech? I certainly hope there is, since tx-sector spoke alot!

Oh, but they look so 80's and would be great for an 80's themed party. So bad, that they're pretty cool.....for 80's party theme.

It all comes down to the individual taste in a game, that 1 game that brings back memories of some kind flooding back to you from when you were younger. I would't buy a twilight zone or adams family if I didn't think that's what would do it for me, ya they are priced and rated so high because of popularity and possibly rarity, but comon really is it about the game play alone, or is it that little piece of time in the back of your head where you remember playing this game as a kid and would love for the memories to come flooding back. The point I am trying to make is spring break, raven, and yes Bad girls to me in my mind are all winners to some people. If it brings back that spark of the 80's to you then by god go with it!, Nuff said!

Oh with that I leave you with this:
