BAD EBAYER: eliminategas AKA: Chuck Fitch

apparently I dropped in on the earlier part of thread.
I wouldn't stress anything from him. I would although do two things.
1 respond to his response on the feedback and state.
Boards returned EXACTLY as I got them to seller. anything missing was missing when he shipped them.
then also take his i will sue blah blah crap messages forward them to ebay and show that he is harassing you for feedback alteration and or removal and 10 to 1 once they check into that you would probably see his account turned into a suspension.

Exactly, and get the fact that the photos he sent proved it was missing the chips in there as well.

He's not suing anybody, it's just blustering of the not so bright brigade. Brush it off, ignore him and move along with life. Be happy you got your money back and never look back.

STEER CLEAR at all costs.

sold me a galaga board as 'complete, tested working'. It was neither complete nor working.

He agreed to a refund/return (after literally a week of insane emails from him).

Packed up board nicely (not just thrown in a box without being wrapped which is how I received it) and sent it on its way.

He gets the board, agrees to the refund ONLY if I first leave him positive feedback...Ugh. I say 'no, refund the $$$ and then we'll chat about feedback'. He says 'no refund, have a nice life'.

And thats where we are.

Seller data:

Name: Chuck Fitch
Location: Canton MI
Ebay ID: eliminategas
Website: michiganclassicarcade.com (yes, the same one that has caused issues here before)

First of all you jackass, you swapped chips of my board and had my board for 15 days!!!! You didn't get the refund because there was a 3 day money back return policy on the item.

Item Number: 250636054716

Why don't you list the item number while listing my name and the city I live in (lol).. This may help people forge a better understanding of the situation on what happened. The board was stable and powered up just before it shipped out. I even have emails from you telling me you swapped out chips on my board cause of a graphics issue. When I got the board back 20 days later I found that 2 of my chips were swapped out with others. I never guaranteed that the graphics and sound fully worked 100% on the board, power supply was tested on a multimeter and rendered working when the board was shipped out. Again like I said you had three business days and a weekend to get this board back to me. (Mail runs on Sat) I got it back 15-20 days later or whatever it was.

You didn't follow the item's instructions completely in the auction. And you sure as hell didn't follow the return shipping policy. Maybe you should read the auctions next time. I have blocked you as a buyer from all my seller accounts now.

As for the neg feedback they come and go because of idiot buyers like yourself. I can live with it cause I really don't care about ebay and I'm pretty sure other sellers on here hate ebay also. I didn't take paypal on the item because I CLOSED my paypal account 2 years ago for unauthorized ACH withdrawals from my bank.

I responded to your neg feedback tho so I'm sure future sellers with you will understand where I was coming from. I was cordial and respectful to you in all conversations we had online over the item, you got a refund STILL from ebay and then you refuse to remove the neg comments. This was solely your decision and couldn't care less, but future sellers may not sell to you and for that I also love.

Have a nice day!.

PS
BTW anyone that's ever bought something from me in person or on my site knows I am legit. And people out of state that buys my cabinet templates from my website also knows they got good service and got their product with fast shipping no less. Don't go slandering me just because you don't take responsibility from your own actions.

looking at your pix in the auction the board is missing 3 special chips right there. If that is what was shipped it backs up the buyer's account. Board couldn't work missing 3 chips.

The board was stable and powered up just before it shipped out.

Chuck, this is the pic from your auction:

IMG_0161.jpg

I see 4 chips missing from this board that would render it completely inoperable. Are you seriously going to tell us you tested this board just before you packed it up?

Hmmm. From your auction text:

> Galaga PCB Arcade Original Galaga Board Working
> I powered it up and it works.

and from this posting of yours above:

>
I never guaranteed that the graphics and sound fully worked 100% on the board

Working means working. It doesn't mean anything else as much as you try to spin it that way.

> I can live with it cause I really don't care about ebay

Evidently you don't care about selling to anyone on Ebay or KLOV given this and your past issues here. He's not the one with the credibility problems and I rather doubt that people will refuse to sell to him in the future.

Funny how you knew 3 chips were missing on my board shown in the photo yet you bought the item anyway.. Any used item on ebay is considered to be "AS IS" you saw the photos of the board you clicked "BUY NOW" I didn't hold a gun to your head. I told you the power supply was working and the board was responsive, you still wanted it. Maybe you should complain to choochoopinball because he's the original one that sold me that board. As for the missing buss chips that's one thing and they are easy to find and buy he even emailed me asking me about them and still bought the item, but when I got the board back from him the ROM chips (3) of them were swapped out or changed the chips you see in the photo 1,2 and 3 have white stickers on them. When I got the board back they were all black and I can't even identify what chips they are so he removed them from my board. I can show a photo of the board I got back if anyone wants to see with the same board number. I can prove he swapped out my old chips on that board HE BOUGHT!

Yes, unless someone writes the following in the auction;

Title: "Galaga PCB Arcade Original Galaga Board Working"

Description: "This is an original tested and working Galaga PCB board. This board was sent out for repair and returned to me on 4/29. I powered it up and it works."

you saw the photos of the board you clicked "BUY NOW" I didn't hold a gun to your head.

While three missing chips might seem odd, it may or may not be completely normal for that board. That's when one should read the item description. Which is where you wrote "tested and working".

Please do me a favor and pre-emptively block me....

Very classy... I'm happy to not have to deal with you if you treat people the way that we've all seen on this thread.

BUT... I do have to say that you, sir, are a first class idiot. I did not post any unprofessional comments and I did not instigate anything in this thread. The only unprofessional comment I said in this thread is in this post when I called you a first class idiot.

Here are my 2 posts in this thread:

Take out this part:...

Run, dont walk from this pathalogical liar...

Otherwise it's a personal attack and eBay will remove it.

Check your eBay agreements and see if he's limited to binding arbitration under the laws of the state of California even when dealing with another eBay user.

If it's in there, he's hosed and you have grounds for dismissal.

I don't see anything unprofessional at all in those posts. Rather, they are helpful posts and if YOU were in the same shoes as the op I was trying to help then I'd try to help you too.

Funny that you listed a board as "working" that clearly was not.

You misrepresented the condition of the item, wether intentionally or not. You either screwed up or you got caught trying to scam a buyer. In either case, you got called out on it, and refuse to just admit it and make the situation right. So, what, you think he swapped some ROM chips around. Doesn't matter. They're ROM chips. They're there on the board, wether they're the same ones or not doesn't matter. The board is still never going to work without the customs.

You, sir, are the reason that eBay is the mess it is. You are the scum of this hobby. You either need to admit your mistakes, straighten up and fly right, or just slink back into the corner and quit trying to steal money from honest people.

And to think, all that time and energy you wasted trying to scam someone out of $80, you could have gotten an honest job at McDonald's and earned some honest money that way. What makes you think that you deserve to treat others with the kind of disrespect that you do?

Don't worry about the blowhard suing -- I'm still waiting for my subpoena and it's been months.

He did provide me with his lawyer's info when he threatened to sue me ... it was his divorce attorney.

Why bother... you've proven yourself a liar right here in the last 2 responses you made...

Listing the board as working when the on-board power supply was the only thing you tested is pretty moronic. Listing it as working is supposed to mean you can plug it in to a working cabinet and start playing with zero issues. You were wrong from the start and you will get no sympathy around these parts with your attempted feedback extortion.

Isn't this the same Mclassic who ranted and raved a few months back about recieving non working Galaga boards from RLevin that had "supposedly" missing chips or something? It then turned out they were advertised a non-working too.

Yep there it is, go to pg. 12 to see where it started.

http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=107026&page=12

Looks like he's trying to pass off at least one of those non working boards...

I have blocked you as a buyer from all my seller accounts now.

Can you please tell me what they are so I can block all your accounts?

You mean you didn't authorize them to make withdrawals to cover your fraudulent activities? *Shock*
