So what did the Phoenix finally sale for if you dont mind me asking?

Actually I probably jinxed it now. It's one of those Craigslist deals and who knows if he will really buy it or not. Let me rephrase....I have someone scheduled to come look at it tomorrow who sounds rather serious about it.
