Hi.

I have acquired a Gorgar backglass that I would like to use as wall art.

For those of you that have backglasses on the wall, do you buy custom frames for them or do you use some other type of picture hanging technique?

I have drywall in my game room, so I'm leaning towards putting up a shelf with routed channels.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I decided to make my own frame for a custom back glass someone did for an EM pin. I also did the same thing for the NOS D&D translite I have.

The clips are fast and easy admittedly, but I think the frame makes it look better

Save yourself the trouble and bring it to a professional framer. It's a little more expensive, but the difference is terrific (plus it's fun to pick a frame that matches the art). If they know what they are doing it will come with a heavy duty steel hanging cord on the back. Just pop two nails in the wall and hang her up.

I use the plastic mirror mounts as well, and for translates I put plexiglas over the top and do the same. I have 5 mounted up
