I have a babyPac here that has an issue. I am getting 10 flashes on the vidiot board but the MPU board is staying solid at power up. I checked the reset circuit and it seems to be ok. Pin 40 and pin 3 are both going high of U9 on power. It will go into the color chart and the communication test ok, and that's about it. Anyone can help it with this? Would be greatly appreciated.
