Anyone in the Detroit Metro area ever dealt with this person? He has a unique way of posting his ads so I recognize them every time he posts, which is quite often. Apparently my monies not good enough for him because he never replies. Early November someone posted on CL a warning about a Baby PAC that was hauled out of a barn and that was in bad shape. A week after that this should up for $250. The listing said no monitor, lights up, does not work. I emailed him and got no reply. A few days later it was gone so I figured he sold it. Well yesterday it was reposted, no mention of the monitor but listed as complete. Now he's asking $325. Sounds kinda suspicious to me? So did he just throw in the crappyest monitor he had laying around and say it's complete? Just trying to figure this person out. Anyone know who this person is and had any dealing's with him? Oh and, he still won't answer my emails.

I think I saw it listed for $350 at one time. It does state that the game does not work. I wounder if it's the same guy with the main event for sale. Same thing no responce to emails.

No, its not. The main event is owned by a different person. He has purchased a game from me before. His name is either Jim or Bob im not sure.

He also snagged up a Donkey Kong and Pacman arcade a few weeks back. It wasn't listed for more than an hour before I called on it. The Donkey Kong had monitor issues and the Pacman had issues also, I don't remember what. The guy wanted $100 each and when I called they were already sold! So a few days later guess what shows up on CL...Donkey Kong with a recapped monitor for $400. Pissed me off to no end! Perhaps he won't reply because I offered him the $100 he paid for it and $25 for the cap kit. No reply...hmm, my smart assiness gets the best of me sometimes.

You forgot to include the labor for doing the cap kit. :) If it was me doing it probably would of taken me 6 hours just because I'm just learning the stuff. :)

Of course I was being totally sarcastic, a cap kit is less than $10. Cant blame someone for trying to make a buck... but geeez, how 'bout a chance for the working stiff? CL can really take you on a wild roller coaster ride sometimes! I guess I haven't been doing this long enough to be good at playing the game.
