B&W 23" Monitor or Picture Tube for Atari Sprint 2

WTB: I am looking for a 23" Black and White arcade monitor or picture tube with NO BURN for my Atari Sprint 2. Even just a new tube would also work. My tube is a GTE Sylvania 22VATP4. Please let me know if you have one or if you can lead me to someone that sells these monitors or tubes!

I also need the black shifter grommet with the numbers on it that goes around the shifter on the control panel if anyone has an extra. I would even take the whole shifter assembly.

Thanks,

Steve

Black and White Picture tubes

I have tried all of the following but they are either out of business or do not have the 22vatp4.

- newtubes on EBay - dont have one
Video Display Corporation - http://vdc.mybisi.com/product/22vatp4 - dont have one

Richardson Electronics (www.rell.com)
Hawk-eye Picture tubes (www.hawkeyepicturetube.com) - out of business
Clarke Electronics (www.picturetubes.net/clark.htm)
Budget Tubes (www.budget-tubes.com)
as well as the parts department of Wells-Gardner Electronics.

Does anyone have a complete B&W 23" monitor or a picture tube for one (22vatp4) or know where you can get a picture tube for a monochrome crt?

I have 3 of them, but I dont really want to ship them. One was from a Tank, another from a Demo Derby, and I dont remember where the other came from. Each has a litttle burn if I remember correctly. It has been years since I looked at them.

You can use a color tv in those games just fine, the problem is that I don't think they 23" was a common color tv tube size. In fact, I am not even sure they made them that size until the last gasp of crts when they started flattening the tubes and otherwise shaping them funny.

I appreciate the advise; giving me the option to use a different tv. It may come to that. I still believe that someone must have a 23" B&W monitor or tube that they dont need anymore.
