+1 on all of this.
I bought 2 on eBay - one working, one not - and fixed the non-working one. With the right adapters added to the deal it sold for more than I paid for both units.
The right adapters can make the deal go well north of $100. Especially considering that the right used adapters (for arcade use) go for $30 to $40 each.
I bought a combo deal off here. Got a 470 with a new CR23 and a non-working 467. Fixed the 467 with some cold solder joints repair and some new caps. The 470 also had about 6 adapters with it including a CR6 which works on BW vector tubes. I bought both units with adapters for $80 shipped so I guess I did pretty well.
