So I stop in to a local TV repair shop recently and start talking CRT's with the owner's son. I mention the word "Rejuvenator" and his face lights up. He leads me to the back room where they store equipment and shows me a shelf with a row of B&K's  Proceeds to tell me they don't touch CRT's anymore and that I can buy all their juvers. A little haggling with the grouchy old owner and a bank visit later, and here I sit with a slew of tested working B&K's :)

These will be offered in package deals, each with it's own reply to this post and own set of pictures. Adapters included with each one are NOT negotiable, buy them as you see them or move along.

*CR23 adapters are used on tons of arcade monitors, including Sanyo's, G07's, K4XXX's, Amplifones, etc.

*CR24 adapters are used on WG6100's

*CR31 (and other 30-series) adapters are used on many 13" monitors.

*CR6 adapters are used on B/W monitors

*CR20 = No clue, but every one of these has it, so it must have been common for them.

Any chance you will just be selling loose adapters?
If that happens, count me in for a CR-23, like everyone else.
I have a 467 that came with 9 adapters, missing the CR-23.

Package #3 includes:

*B&K 467 Rejuvenator
*CRT Setup Book and Condensed Instructions
*CRT Adapters : 1,3,4,5,6,8,20

*SOLD*

THIS is the one with the broken case latch, the hinges are fine.

Purchase intent will only be held for 24 hours after reply.

Stuff I want :
-Pandora's Palace PCB
-Donkey Kong 3 PCB
-Popeye PCB
-Space Firebird PCB (Nintendo, not Nichibutsu)
-(2) Black, (2) Red, (Nintendo) VS buttons

What it the better B&K rejuvenator to have. The 467 or the 480. Cause that 480 looks sweet and I would love to have one, but the 467 looks like it does all three guns simultaneously so you only have to zap each one that needs it. I'm sure the 480 does all three but it looks like it does them one at a time.

The 470 and 480 models only have a single meter. The 467 and 490 have three meters so you can see at a glance the condition of all three guns at once instead of having to wait a select them one at a time with a rotary switch.

I use the 467 myself and I really like it.

That is a loaded question. The 467 was the industry standard in the 70's and 80's, but the 470 and 480 are newer models with the same functionality, just one meter (with 3 dials instead). Being newer, their components are less likely to fail over time and the overall construction was simplified/refined, particularly the internals. I debated this myself and eventually settled on keeping a 480.

phew!

That's all, folks. All packages are now sold.

Thanks everyone for your interest, everyone is going to have a good time with their new toys. I'll be boxing these up tonight and tomorrow, tracking numbers will be distributed Thursday night.

Do you mind posting what they sold for so those of use not so fortunate to get in on the deal can kinds guage what we should pay if we happen to run into one? That would be super. :)

There seems to be a great deal of price erasing when things are selling around here in general. Not sure why there has been an uptick in this behavior.. Some stuff I searched for even had the entire contents of the for sale post removed and just the word Deleted left in the body, so all that was left was the title.

These sell on ebay for <$100. If you find good deal, it can be around $50-$75.

But, the quantity of adaptors makes a big difference in the deal. The good news is that it's not that hard to make the adaptors (or buy them from those that do).

Edit: Usually, the ebay ones are untested, so you're taking a bit of a risk. These are commercial test equipment so they are made to last, though.

+1 on all of this.

I bought 2 on eBay - one working, one not - and fixed the non-working one. With the right adapters added to the deal it sold for more than I paid for both units.

The right adapters can make the deal go well north of $100. Especially considering that the right used adapters (for arcade use) go for $30 to $40 each.

I bought one of these 467's. The Sencore I got on ebay was not working. It was cheap, but I need one that works. :) At some point I will look into fixing it and selling it. These looked clean and adaptors can be had, so all should be good...
