B&K adapter to Sencore CR31A adapter cross-reference.

A friend gave me a Sencore CR31A "Super Mack" rejuvinator a while ago. I only recently had a chance to check it out. I found that the CRT set-up book that came with it is a little dated, and even the latest book from Sencore is fairly old. Looks like the B&K books were maintained until more recently.

So anyhow, I thought it would be useful to use the more available B&K set-up info for my Sencore... so I needed a cross-reference between the B&K adapters and the Sencore ones. I couldn't find such a list, so I've started making one.

Below is what I've got so far, FWIW.

Code:
B&K	Sencore
---	-------
CR1	14
CR2	8
CR3	9, 16
CR4	11, X33
CR5	7
CR6	3
CR7	5
CR8	6
CR9	4
CR10	1
CR11	2
CR12	10
CR13	16
CR14	17, 19
CR15	18
CR16	15, X71
CR17	20
CR18	14
CR19	X1
CR20	21
CR21	X2
CR22	21
CR23	23
CR24	22, 23
CR25	17
CR27	19, 12
CR31	X23

I'll add/update if I get any more info. The monitors I've got only require 3 different adapters: 23, X23 and 3 (standard "fat neck, "skinny neck" and B&W vector).

Thanks for putting this together. I just picked up a Super Mack so this will come in handy.

The lid inside my until only has slots for adapters 1 - 18. (with 16 and 17 missing.) Where did you get adapter's #23 and X23?

Edit: whoops, never mind. I just found the amazing Making Your Own Adapters resource by John Young!!

Yeah, I made both of them. I assume that official Sencore 23 and X23 adapters exist, but I've never seen them.

There's also the Sencore CRT database.

http://sencore-e.com/login/

Just eMail Sencore (Main page - Contact Us) for the login info. It's free.

No need to email them to get access to their database. All of the information from it has been extracted and made available w/o needing the website.

Complete data set for offline use. Just used it today, in fact.

Yeah, see post #15 in that thread. :)

I've long ago forgotten my esencore password, though...

Edit: found it in an email archive. I can get the socket #, filament voltage, and bias voltage. But not the pinout info. Is that still useful?
