I've been trying to find a replacement supergun for my arcade PCBs. The one I had before, that being an ArcadeForge MAK Strike, has been giving me lots of video issues that I can't fix, and I think at this point it's just busted.

I was recommended an Axunworks supergun, with either the JJ-CBOX PRO or their supergun mini being my best bet.

I connect my supergun to my CRT using SCART to SCART, connecting to my COMP2RGB RetroTink, and back out with component cables. I noticed the mini supergun doesn't seem to have a SCART output, and I would likely need to buy a new converter for that. However the JJ-CBOX PRO has lots of other output options with more settings. That all sounds good, but the large price gap is what's getting me.

All I'm looking for is a new supergun to connect to my CRT and play games with, nothing too crazy. I primarily play JAMMA games, but I do have a couple others that require different converters (Bubble Bobble and Popeye). I'm hoping either one of these superguns will help me with that.

Would it be best to cough up the cash for a JJ-CBOX PRO, or would the supergun mini get me by just fine for what I want?
