I need to replace C1 (470uf 16v) on my Galaga board and have a couple of questions.
The cap currently on the board is an axial capacitor (470uf 32v) and I only have a radial (470uf 25v). I just want to confirm that you could use a higher voltage capacitor and a radial in lieu of an axial.
Below is a pic of the board with the bad axial cap and then a pic of the radial in place. I haven't soldered it on yet and just want confirmation that this is acceptable and will work.
