Ah, good ole James. Tried to email about appearing for a small photo in my book. Lol. Never heard back.

Fun Fact: James is from South Jersey (where I grew up). He was my friend's neighbor, and I met him a few years before he became the nerd. He visited my dorm and I watched some of his student movies he was working on. We were both gamers and so we beat Bubble Bobble together on the NES. Once again, this was before his AVGN fame, about 2001.

I wrote about my meeting with James on my website here. I am impressed with his work and always have a good laugh at his reviews. It's interesting to see someone become so successful through internet popularity.

I accidentally cut in line for his panel, last year at Magfest. He was pretty funny and seems like a nice dude. I had seen many of his AVGN episodes previously. At times the panel felt like James(substitute teacher) and audience(middle school science class).
