I am looking to replace a few surface mount RAMs. They are marked HM538123AJ-8.

I looked around and this part is discontinued, and the 3 alternates that show up are also discontinued. I don't even see any available on eBay.

Is there any modern equivalent that I could buy from a supplier, or any known sellers of these chips?
