Any vending repair folks here?
I have to look at an Automatic Products 223 dg hot beverage vendor tomorrow and haven't touched one of these before. Any hints?

Unit drops cup, says it's vending, then thanks the customer but no liquid.
From my cursory look the other day I didn't see the beans enter the grinder, not sure why it didn't report an error.

Other than starting with the self tests any suggestions/common failures on this model?

I have the service manual, looks pretty decent...

Cheers!

Hi these guys have lots of solenoids. One for the coffee brew, one for each whipper too.
If all the selections lack water the h2o level probe probably needs replacement, they have issues.
One selection lacking means the whipper bowl or delivery tube is likely plugged or the solenoid that fills that bowl is toast.
The filter in the bottom of the cab is another place to check. Remove the top oring and reinstall. If the vender works the filter needs replacement. The inlet solenoids shut off after being open for 30 or 40 seconds, recycle the power to restart them.

I went through it the day after I posted, but I'm still having trouble getting the grind on the large grinder to put out enough. weak coffee no matter what I tried. tried increasing the wait time for it tio steep longer, same result.

I'm planning on going back to zero out the grinder and try to adjust the coarseness, but any tips would be appreciated!
