I did. Classics were sparse this time. Items of note were a fully working Baby Pac, Moon Patrol, Asteroids, Centipede Cabaret, Ms Pac cabaret, Vanguard and a defender. I expect better in Nov. Driving games went cheap. Pins went reasonable with the exception of a few. Most notably was a long time on location Monster Bash that went for 4K. While it looked good, and played well for the most part, the wear on the kick out hole indicated it was ragged out from play. There was another pin that went for 3K but the title escapes me at the moment. Twilight Zone went 2500 IIRC. Other than that most were reasonable. 3 South Parks went 1100 to 1300ish. Two Red and Ted Road shows went around 1100 and one was very nice. Getaway went for 1kish. Couple of Congos were about 1K. A whitewater went 2Kish. Honestly, the most interesting thing that I saw pinwise was a Nip It that was working well. Went around 650. My friend got the best piece at the show IMO. He picked up a Deluxe Afterburner Climax for 2500. He also picked up a couple 50" Daytona's. All in all a decent auction, but nothing I just had to have. Maybe next time.
IMonster Bash at 4000 is still a steal no matter what way you look at it....you could flip it as is for more....
Businesses with tax exemption only pay $10 per item, no way I am paying those crazy 20% fees
Maybe next time I should just give you my cash and have you bid for me haha!
20% fees? Ouch!
And Tennessee's damn-near 10% sales tax on top of that?
370 miles to get home then it's time to start unloading:
Damn, that's a lot of shrink wrap, did you have to drive thru a typhoon![]()
When was he planning on picking up the Afterburner? I was one of the last ones to leave around 11 today and it was still sitting there.
