I watched a lot of items sell. Me and a friend discussed it and one of us thought the prices were up and the other thought the prices were down. Can't recall which one I thought at the moment. Either way, their was a few interesting pieces. My friend was selling a Stargate, Multi williams, frogger (i think), multi game cocktail, and maybe a couple others. I think he bought back his multi williams and maybe his cocktail as he already had better offers on them. I picked up 2 HS-5 cabinets for 150 total after auction fees and taxes. One was a complete sharpshooter and the other was an empty cab with a good ps and light fixture in it. I may use it on one of my more worn cabs. I had hoped to buy a very nice looking HS-5 with a 2 slot neo geo in it, but somehow I got out bid on it. I thought I had 175 on it and apparently, someone else had the bid. There were also some decent pin deals to be had, but only about 30+ pins total so many were going at a premium. Another friend went after two of the best pieces of the day. He bid a Monster Bash up to about 3900 and a Spider Man up to over 3K(how far over I can't recall). Those were about the nicest pins I saw. I can't recall anything particularly stellar other than that. The Sinistar was the highlight of collectible classics there. While it was mostly dead, I had planned to put a bid of 50 on it. Luckily it went higher so I didn't have to mess with it. Or perhaps its better to say, I hope it went to a more enthusiastic collector who will give it a better home than I could have. Although, I think it went to a retail reseller who will either butcher it for parts or try to sell it for 2Gs after he gets it working. Either way, I had fun. I picked up enough things to keep me busy(and broke) till the next auction in August.
