I was just switching back my NBA Jam TE back from 1069 and ran into Monitor problems.

I switched it back too the 1069 Pic was fine. Then tryed with the NBA Jam Board set.

Without removing the PS from the System Just turning it off. Now the 1069 System PS Does'nt do anything on Booting the System . Mainly the hole thing is dead Blank Display .

I have tryed plugging the Ps into a different outlet and nothing changed. Turned it off on many times.
Checked all cables going too the system. Anyways too test this? Seems like the system is'nt getting any power or anything .

Please help guys!

If you have a spare atx psu I would try that.

Well Ty for responding but that did'nt really help much!

I just foundout my room mate had a spare that he was trying too sell. I don'nt know if this is the real problem or not. I would hate too fry another one just just testing this one.

Really all i did before was quickly turn the machine off and turn off the Puter Ps, Putt the NBA JAM PCB on the Harness . Then reboot the machine. Then still had display problems and switched back and now Puter Ps is not puting out any no power fan no nothing.

Could the ps blow this easlyly? I've never had problems with this before. Boy and people wonder why don'nt do anything too my machines other then play them.. Bad things allways happen!

Yes, the power supply can blow that easily. Brian, I don't remember if you have a multimeter but if you do you can check the voltages coming out of the power supply by setting the meter to read DC volts, put it on the lowest scale (or let it autorange if it has that feature), and put the black lead on the ground and the red lead on each of the colored wires coming out of the power supply. There should be a schematic on the side of the power supply tellying you how much power you should expect from each color wire.

Hey Oz!
No i don'nt have a multimeter too test anything .

I really did'nt notice any burnt smell or anything.. But it did happen when i left the room for a couple of mins. When i came back the system had'nt booted started checking things.

Update

I guess PS is toast put a Used one and the System Fired right up.

For some reason the PS Had too go right then!

I could'nt figure out how too adjust the Screen for the NBA JAM Boards. If i could have figured this out i would have been happy with the TE back in the machine .. That was the goal anyways. Gave up on that and put the 1069 back in thats when the problems happened.

Anyone know how too fix the loss of Sound from this system?
