Its been around 2 weeks since I returned my purchase to you. I have still not recieved my refund as you promised. You havent answered any of my emails. Can we get this figured out please? (Sorry I had to post this publicly, I forgot your username)

They say it's a weekend job for him so it can take a few for him to get back to you.

He really took care of me (really great customer service) on a couple of things. Especially after I was displeased with the item.

You don't have to worry, he will take care of you.

Scott has always taken care of me when I had an issue with anything I bought. Bummer on the time elapsed, but I am sure he will get with you and make it right.
 
Just to add to this i am also waiting on some things from him.I had to send back some SF2 sstuff for a bigger size.He took it with no problems (nice guy).Now the problem is that the last I heard from him was over two and a half weeks ago after he had recieved my things and now no response.I assume he is busy or something came up but its really starting to get a little unnerving because I have sent numerous emails and no response.If anyone knows him or can see what the deal is that would great. I am a pretty patient person but he has had my things for over 3 weeks and I need to finish my project. HE seems like a nice guy but his communication all of a sudden has went down the shitter. I hope he is OK adn that he can get me my stuff. PEACE!!!
 
Got him today and everythings cool! Took a little while but oh well! HEs a cool guy for doin what hes doin for me .PEACE!!!!
 
Bumping this old thread... I'm having a similar issue with the same vendor.

Scott was initially VERY responsive and helpful, acknowledging and addressing the problem. However, he has since disappeared. On Tuesday, it'll be 2 weeks since I've heard from him...

Those whose issue was eventually resolved: How did you manage to sucessfully contact Scott??
 
Scott will take care of you, he's never ripped anybody off and never will. He IS very lax about responding to emails though, I think he just has a lot of other commitments and often doesn't have much time for this. Keep at it and he'll take care of you.

Scott always came through no matter how odd the dimensions of my Dutch cabs were.
He made it happen!!
Scott is a stand up dude, trust me on that.
 
His process of answering emails and what not are very complex. It took me a few different methods to find something that works.

He should revamp his website and email filter. But keep up the great products :)
 
curious that thedrewster is choosing not to post here anymore (very much at least) I miss having him around.
 
I have an unanswered email also from Scott, I sent 2 emails on 29-12-11.

I thought he must of been on holidays maybe.

I think he just gets real busy sometimes. He vectored a Starblade CPO for me, and sent me a sample. I tried several times to pay for the item and postage but no response. This was a couple of years back.

Great guy, just gets swamped sometimes.
