My bezel is flaking pretty good, so I'm working on a decal that will stick to the underside of the glass and give the same look as the original screened bezel.

I printed the artwork backwards on clear vinyl, stuck it to the glass, and added white vinyl behind the clear just to add some contrast.

This pic shows my small prototype with the color matched close to what mine would have been when it was new. I will eventually add a cutline where the monitor goes, eliminating the entire black square....

Printing tricks to replace a bezel.

I have had several professionally done this way and they look perfect. Reverse printed on orajet media, plotter cut and adhered to glass. You can use your original glass and strip the old paint off with paint stripper. A heavy white backing will protect the art from scratches. You do realized a screen printed Galaga repro plexi is available if you PM one of the regular sources for around $40-$50 + shipping.

I had no idea! I didn't find anything on them. Oh well...this is costing me nothing, as I work in a sign shop. I also made my own wrap for my Wizard of Wor CP.

I have no plan at the moment to sell these, just trying to fix mine on the cheap!

I plan on offering the Glass bezels in February due to requests.

Ive made them screened onto cardboard and plexi and supplied them to many resellers. I dont know who was what they have left in stock. I never supplied glass to anyone.

Darin, I will likely get one from you when they are ready, perhaps a marquee as well, although mine is decent. I ordered cabinet art and cpo from you yesterday...very excited!
