Was this style cabinet only made for the European market? I noticed that it is NOT an exact match to a Gyruss cab.

I noticed that it is NOT an exact match to a Gyruss cab.
That's the "experimental" cab. Food Fight and Millipede were also produced in that cabinet.
Atari released the following games in the "Euro" cabinet:Interesting. Then, why we're so few Atari titles released in this cab style? I probably just haven't seen any others. The reference to experimental came I believe from some Atari internal docs that Scott Evans had.
Also, aside from Dig Dug, Kangaroo, and Gravitar which had their own cab styles for the European market, the other Atari titles seem to have been released in the US type cabs, with minimally different artwork. I'm curious to know what other titles may have had special cabs.
A small number of these have made it to the U.S. and Canada, so perhaps someone closer can assist with the pictures and measurements. All I know is I love the cab, and would love to repro with a custom metal Atari badge for the coin door, maybe one of our European KLOV brothers can get measurements or heavy pics. Would look great next to a Gyruss in the line up.
I also think there was one of these at CAX designated as a "proto" Time Pilot.

There's something worth keeping in mind about European releases: a single game may have been manufactured in multiple countries in multiple unique cabinet styles.
Please post pictures for us to see. Thanks.I know I own a Sega Turbo built in Wales that is completely different than every other Turbo I ever saw.
Popeye also came in a Euro cabinet.
Please post pictures for us to see. Thanks.

Yep, that is in my list, so not sure how it got dropped. Thanks for the good catch.
