True. If you *were* going to go through all of the work needed to make a tester like that useful, you might as well start with a PAT9000.
Since they are all pretty much "unobtainium" unless someone dies, retires, or finds a stash/cache, his whole discussion is much ado about nothing.
 
I don't recall how many adapters came with it, but the one the OP posted did come with a bunch of the adapter. Paradise Arcade Shop also has a PAT9000 that gets used a good amount. If I remember correctly the Atari CTF-1 fixture kicks out all the oddball voltages the Bronze Age games used, but there are a few games that have adapters for both test fixtures.
