ChampionShip Sprint project cab with (2) boardsets, working audio, monitor, and control panel.

Hello everyone,
I've got a Championship Sprint that was working and even though I bought a second set of boards for it I just don't have the time or space to keep it around any longer.
The cab is in decent shape. the artwork is gone from one side and it needs new t-molding. the marquee is in good shape along with the control panel. The audio board and monitor were working. The problem was with the power supply and harness to the boardset. I installed a high quallity PC power supply and everything worked great until I decided to repair the back door becuase it didn't close quite right and a few wires came out of the molex and did not get installed correctly which caused a diode to fry. I'll throw in the manuals as well.

Ok this is what I know about the machine above from the previous owner. Here are the pictures of the machine below on one of my sites.

Now I picked this machine up on Tuesday and I am not sure where to even start on it. I have never owned a system 2 machine with a medium res monitor before. The previous owner hacked in a computer power supply and that alone has thrown me off on getting it running.

This one will be a learning experience. The owner Jeff (cool guy) also gave me a spare cpu, video & sound board.

The part that has me worried is the wires pulled out of the molex. Then were put back in the wrong spot which in turned fried some things.

I didn't ask which molex it was but seems to not matter atm. Looks like I will need to chase all the wires in this thing.

Can anyone get me on track with thing based on the pictures? If you need better pictures I can do that.

What do you guys think the best course of action would be?
