For test bench, I'm trying to wire up J101. I've seen a lot of different comments about this in forums, and I've followed the schematic best I can... without an ARIII and through a Jamma, can someone please explain what voltages and grounds are needed at what pins to get the board to power on? I've found, for example, that I can't put ground on all three RTNs because it shorts the 10.3V reset line, which I've read needs power for the game to boot. So more clarity would be appreciated all around.

Can someone confirm pins run the long way? e.g.
1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8
9101112

and not

1 4 7
2 5 8
3 6 9

Ah that was the problem. Pins count vertically along the short side.

Sorry noone replied on this. I unfortunately don't have the means to help with that, but glad you figured it out!

Now just need to deal with a glitch. No sprites.
