Atari System 1 Compatability Question

Dont worry you have the normal mother bd on top and daughter card set up on bottom just like I would say 99% of us....I have never seen a stacked set up like that either....My guess since you are getting the messages on screen is that you are seated together ok and just have a bad chip.. or two...

I hope so. EagleTG will check it in his cabinet and check the ROMS for me. Hopefully it's something small, then I can work on a control panel.

I have confirmed the issue is the same in my RB cabinet. I'll be working on it more over the next few days.

I think I've seen it in a search, but does anyone have (at easy reference) the way to cross-reference the ROM locations from the error screen to the physical location on the board?

Well, this is NOT the post I was hoping to see :(

Thanks Todd. Hopefully we can figure this out.

Not sure if it matters, but for reference, Indiana Jones DOES work with my motherboard.

Not sure if that makes things easier or more confusing to troubleshoot

** update **

The Roadrunner board is working!!

A Re-seating of the roms was all it took, boots up fine in a Roadblasters hardware cabinet. Thank you Todd.

Now to find a control panel!
