The coin door lights on my system 1 cabinet are not working. I ensured the bulbs are good (replaced them). I did not measure any voltage with my volt meter.

I see in the"schematic package supplement" manual on sheet 3a that there is a "coin door wiring" drawing. It shows 6.3 Vac going to lamps using pins 7 and 8. But this does not say what the connector number is! E.g., J10x.

Does anyone know? I've run out of time for the evening and thought I'd reach out to the brain trust. If I do not hear anything, I will dig further and post what I find.

I spent 10 more minutes on this today and figured it out.

The power supply has a 6.3 VAC output (among other outputs). It uses fuse F6. Since 6.3 VAC is what the schematic says should go to the coin door lights, I checked fuse F6.

Not too surprising... It was bad.

It is a 250v 4A slow blow. I did not have any of those, but I did have a "lesser" fuse rated at 250v 3A, which is safe but might blow too often. I installed it, turned game on, coin door light working.

While I will get the correct fuse, for Marble Madness I see nothing using the 6.3 VAC other than the coin door so I suspect the 3A fuse would work for a long time.

Hope this helps someone...
