From the brief research I did, not too much information is available about Atari Relief Pitcher. As a result, when I had a chance several months ago, I took pics showing the respective Atari part number. The attached pics show what I could get (sadly, this game is no more). Hopefully, this info is useful to others in the future.

The last of the pics. IIRC, this is the part number for the main wiring harness (JAMMA).
