Selling an excellent condition Atari Quantum Video Game. Hasn't seem much use since I received it as a birthday present about 30 years ago. Game works perfectly. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll do my best to respond. Asking $3700 picked up in 17314 zip code. Pics attached. . Thanks, Gary

Someone decided to "pull a Sundance" and snaked the game by a over-asking price offer.

Congrats.

I purchased this about 30-34 years ago from a used arcade seller in Baltimore. It has the original monitor and the game count was at 444. Has been in basement for 30 + years

Oh man, what a score for whoever got it. All-original games are hard to find, let alone a Quantum.

Did it have an Amplifone monitor, or 6100? (The Amplifone has the separate boards, mounted to the sides of the cab, rather than a metal frame.)

Game seems to be SPF to bondavi

Congrats. Either joe2012 or mbott1701.

Maybe SPF meant 'Sold, Pending Fuck-Over'? Well, Fuck-Over showed up.

I think your beef is with the seller here, posted it was yours pending funds and then pulled that crap.

Seller is a nice guy. I can't really fault him. He texted me to let me know what was going on beforehand.

While he still had the discretion to sell the game anywhere else, and was telling a long line of people it was pending sale - the fact someone offered $500 over asking just to throw the kibosh on a pending sale so they could grab the game.

Sounded like a nice example - was looking forward to reuniting with Quantum (had 3 years ago). I guess distance got the best of me this time.

It blows my mind that you actually posted this and sold the game to someone else.
I guess I value my word more than I value a few hundred dollars.
Good luck in life and I'm glad I slept in this morning rather than being first to respond to this.
Peace, love and spare change.
