So I started working on my Star Wars. The history is the game is real nice and clean..worked fine about 10 year ago. I had a monitor issue (6100) and added the LV mod and cap kit. Game worked fine.

Fast forward about 8 years and I'm try to get my stuff from storage up and running..I grab the tempest and Star Wars today. I fire the Tempest up and it works fine...the star wars did nothing

So I took the arii-02 out of the tempest and put it in the SW and nothing. I took the SW aarii-02 and up it in the tempest and also got nothing. I started to thing this was the problem.

I then returned the good arii board to the tempest and fire it up.. again it worked fine.

I then took the SW board set and installed it in the working tempest..when I turned the game on I saw a blue 'spark' from what looked like the transformer. I tested the fuses with a DMM and they are fine. I then re-installed the tempest board and got nothing but blinking player 1 and 2 lights. If I push the p1 light the game seems to start but I don't hear anything.

I didn't have time to test any voltages as I'm heading out the door for the night but will have time tomorrow morning

Thoughts? I have a couple arii rebuild kits and big blues on standby I planned on rebuilding these. I really don't want to try the boardset out of the cockpit

Is there a chart with the Atari voltage pinout for the transformer and arii? I don't have the back door paper anymore.

As always...thanks in advance
