After putting it off for 2 years, I've began the process of rebuilding my asteroids game that played fine until it lost its picture. I ordered a cap kit for both the GO5-802 and PCB as well as a Power Supply Repair Kit from Bob Roberts. Everything installed cleanly, but when powering up, F2 and F3 blow. I suspected that it was the newly installed bridge rectifier or incorrect polarity on "Big Blue" but after rechecking, all looks right. Any Ideas?

Disconnect the plug P6 from the A/R I at J6. Power up and see if the fuses blow again.
Okay, I disconnected the plug on the Regulator/Audio board at J6. F2 and F3 blew again. But I did notice when checking continuity, that I had continuity on F3, even though I was sure it blew. I removed the fuse and checked again, Sure enough, there was continuity without the fuse and that seems wrong. I checked my wiring to the Bridge Rectifier and verified that the positive (the wonky corner) went to the positive of Big Blue, and the terminal diagonal from it went to the negative. The others are the A/C inputs. Again, all looked fine. I'm assuming that unplugging P6 was isolating the power supply?

You have something on your power brick wired incorrectly. I guarantee it.
Just checked the new bridge rectifier with my DMM. Short story, shorted diode. Looks like I'll be off to the electronics store in the morning. Thanks for all your help Dokert!
