So he burned the posters or was that photoshop?
They were his to do with what he wanted. Looked real enough to me, but I dunno.
This whole thing kind of took on a life of it's own before anyone really saw what happened.
Here's my (non related) experience. I was talking to a pinball designer about some interesting items he had. I asked if he would sell any of them, and he said yes. He haid he had playfield sketches, concept art, etc. I asked about a sketch. He said make an offer. I did, and boy was I way off. He politely said they normally go for "xxxx" amount and I honestly had NO idea, and told him that.
We worked it out, but unless you follow this stuff, you might not know what it's worth.
Same with the posters. I would have had no clue the value of them, but it's not something I have knowledge of. I don't think it's being cheap, it's more about not knowing the 'value'.
