Atari Model Number List

I see, thanks !
I was worried i used a wrong number on one of my decals :)

Perhaps we can team up, as i many time get info from people that order decals and provide me the info that i need to print.
Many time the people also state for what game it is.

Would be nice to know which decals are typically found on a certain game.
I have a few sets on the webstore now, but it never hurts to get the info complete IYAM.

I have linked your google doc on my Atari Aluminium decal page from the webstore if thats ok with you:

Great choice! I'm working on getting an order together and have a cabaret klax or tetris, but the model number is too faint to read. And the Klax cabaret model number is missing from the list :(

Anyone know it?

I recently picked up a Gauntlet II conversion (Finally! My first game!) and these were the tags on the back. Curiously the Gauntlet II number was scratched out...looks intentional, but the original Gauntlet tag is intact...and quite the low number. Do the serials truly run sequentially? Does this mean I have the 42nd Gauntlet cab??

In the absence of contradictory information.... I'd say yes!

Regarding serial #'s crossed out. Could be a couple reasons, but there was some weird shenanigans going on with distributors and dealers and operators. I had a lot of NeoGeo MVS cartridges that had the serial #'s scraped off the cart and the plain brown boxes. Something about distributors not wanting the ops (maybe even made legal through contracts) to re-sell carts so the ops would destroy the serial #'s to keep it from being traced back.

Well that's pretty cool then! I double checked last night and the board and power supply serials match as well.

Interesting on the scratched serials. The guy I got this from was a firefighter in Idaho and it was one of the station games for many years, he said. He won it in a raffle and ultimately moved it with him to Oregon.

Looks like my old Atari World Rally conversion used to be a Paperboy Model 40900, cool. No way I'm changing it back mind you but it's interesting to know. It has no sideart, or anything else to identify it as Paperboy, and it's in the process of becoming a William's 19-1 multi.

That is an interesting lifecycle. You could probably find someone to trade you a nice generic cab (to put that 19-in-1 in) for that Atari cab. People going Paperboy-crazy right now. In fact, I'll bet someone else read your post and is currently trying to calculate how to talk you out of it. You might be able to get a nice Dynamo cab and some $$$ in exchange for the empty ex-Paperboy cab.

Roadblasters (Sitdown) is 48200

I'll try to get Stunt Cycle tonight.

Hmm 10,450 Atari Footballs were made, but only 901 of the 4 player?

Does that seem correct?

I would say yes. I have seen tons of these:

And very few of these. In fact I don't believe I have ever seen one of these in person:

Most of the numbers came off of this old Atari document:
