Does anyone have or know of a list of Atari arcade model numbers? I have looked all over and can't seem to find one. I have compiled a list of quite a few from all different threads here and games on ebay. I am just curious if there is already a more complete list somewhere. Thanks!!

Those actually appear to be the part numbers for the ROMs. This is a handy list though. Thanks for posting it.

What I am actually looking for is the model number printed on the label with the serial number on the back of the unit itself.

Why am I doing this? I don't really know.....one day I was bored and started to compile a list of Atari games and all associated info (model #, part #'s, rom #'s, etc.). It started with me trying to figure out exactly what power supply went with the Tempest that I am trying to restore and to also make sure I had the correct wiring harness.

I have managed to scavenge some, mostly older ones, from documents that Scott Evans has. Here is a list of model numbers that I have so far (not to many).:

Cool list AA. Thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks. Here is a snapshot to give you an idea of what I am trying to assemble. Some of the data is out there, but spread all over the place. I am trying to compile it all together. I got a bunch from atarigames.com and from elecktronforge.com and the rest has been sucked up from posts on here.

Thanks for these! Added to the list.

My paperboy is missing the model/serial tag.

Cyberball (original, mine's converted to TC72): 49700
SF Rush (original, mine are converted to The Rock): SF RUSH-USA DVB RDY 25/25

Guess they went away from their old model naming scheme by the time they got to Rush, but that's what it says next to "model" on both of mine.

Thanks Jeff. The Rush the Rock sure does have a pretty long model number. You don't happen to have a tag for the Tournament Cyberball 2072 kit would ya? I am thinking that it should have it's own model and serial number. But it may have never been put on the game.....

So I am guessing that an existing list isn't out there. Anybody else want to lend a hand with the model numbers that they know?

I don't. However, I just sold an upgrade kit to exidy which had a model/serial sticker. It might be worth pinging him. Whether that would be a number for the original, for the kit itself, or for tc72 just like a dedicated, I have no idea (maybe you'd know). But you make a good point. It's conceivable that when mine was converted they put the conversion model/serial sticker on there. However, I doubt it. They didn't put the upgrade cpo's on, nor the upgrade side art. Just the marquee and instruction sticker. So I can't imagine they would have bothered with the model sticker.

As for the rush, yeah, it kind of seems like there is more than just the model # there, but there is no indication that it's more than just a model #. If you'd like a pic, LMK. Maybe the "25/25" refers to the coin that each slot takes? If so, that seems more like an option than part of the model itself. I could have a look at the manual to see if that provides any clarity, although I'm running short on time since I'm leaving in the morning for the Seattle show. Feel free to bug me next week if you want me to check into it.
