There's nothing on the back of the PCB? I've never seen an Atari PCB without some identifying mark...a game name, a part number, something. Sometimes it's silk screened, but on boards of this vintage it's probably in the copper layer just like the "Atari 76".

is it baseball? football? sprint? driving games? you should let everyone know, maybe they can help out!
That's what I was thinking, based on cap placement and the rectifier setup. And the 1976 date.The mysterious pcbs are probably Sprint 2. I don't think Sprint 2's had the name on the pcb.
