Just picked up a cabaret Missile Command, and it's not reading any power anywhere on the transformer. Pulled it out, cleaned it up, checked connections, fuses, replaced big blue, put it back in and same thing. Checked interlok switches as well. I have a known working Millipede power supply/transformer block. Is there any chance this might work in here, or am I better off putting a WTB up in the trading section?

Alternately - I also have known working Tempest and Star Wars power supplies I could potentially test in here. Opinions?

Not sure about Millipede. Starwars/Tempest, nope. First, make sure theres not an interlock inside the coin door..Pull the brick, grab the schematic trace the signal from the AC in jack, through the fuse, switch, interlocks, voltage selector, and then the transformer.. Im betting something is loose or came apart..

If there are no voltage coming out then the problem must be common to everything. The only thing in common is the AC input side

So, the voltage selector plug, the lead, the AC Fuse, the filter are all possible culprits. An ohmmeter / multi-meter is needed unless a visual problem is apparent

All excellent points.

In addition, the on/off and interlocks must also be connected (at J2), and all closed before power makes it to the xformer. If your game still has the interlocks (one at back door, one at coin door usually), make sure they are pulled out if the door isn't closed. An AC voltage detector is useful for finding the issue (and handy at christmastime for light strings, too...)
