I have a 100% working 19" atari disco monitor I need to get rid of.

The tube is a Phillips 19mvrp22
The chassis is a DMC-2090DT-2C

The flyback on these are impossible to find. (go ahead, try)
I also have the original atari cardboard bezel, in fair condition.

The good:
Works great, awesome color, turns on right away.

The bad:
Some burn in from gauntlet, needs a cap replaced (slight foldover at the top)

If someone is interested in the whole thing, I would be willing to ship it (insured) but it would probably be fairly expensive to ship the tube. If not, I will sell just the chassis itself.
Of course if someone is willing to pick this up locally, that would be great. (Pensacola, FL)

Here are the pictures, thses have all been resized for forums sake.

Pic 1 - Showing it is working, and those beautiful colors!

Pic 2 - Showing the foldover. If you look at the top right, you can see it (almost looks like the v.hold is off, but it is indeed foldover.)

Pic 3 & 4 - Trying to show the burn in, the first picture is kinda fuzzy, the second picture actually makes the burn in look worse than it is.

I am limited to 8 pictures here, so please use the link above for more pictures, especially of the chassis.

It's uber rare and IMHO, valuable. Especially to someone who's trying to restore a game that originally came with one (think: Food Fight)

The purists out there will pay top dollar for it. As well as someone who REALLY needs the chassis.

I sold one last year that was in semi-working condition with a poorly converged and burned tube, broken width coil & hacked neckboard for $100 in 30 minutes flat.

That's why. I'm just looking out for the OP.
got it .

They also have some of the best color purity of any raster monitor I have ever seen in an arcade setting. I noticed the OP said it has "awesome colors". That is why.

Thanks smalltown, I knew it was worth a good price, but I'm glad to see someone help me put a number on it. I am working on getting some pictures up, should be up by tonight!

LOL you'll get the invoice for my brokerage fee later. What's your paypal billing address again?

:D

Why are Disco monitors so rare? I have one doing the "Hustle" in my Millipede right now. ;)

I'm pretty sure this probably scared most people away:

Who wants to make an offer with that business hanging over their head? They'd feel expectations are high, they don't wanna pay too much but they also don't want to insult you and be ignored, they'd feel you would probably be playing bidders (possibly even ghost bidders) against each other, etc. Just throw out a number you've got in mind and go from there.

Yep, I see the error of my ways here. I've edited my posts. Next time I'll PM the OP with a valuation to save everyone the grief.
