SOLD - GAME Atari Championship Sprint - $1250 OBO

I'm not sure why I'm even responding to some dude telling me how to sell my game, like I've never fucking done this before?

^^^this^^^

I've shipped 2 games since I entered this hobby in 2009. Neither of them went smoothly. First time, was a reschedule after I took a day off work to accommodate. Glad I used PTO to wait around for that. Second time, 2 shady dudes came but looked like they knew what they were doing. But they moved everything too fast and almost tipped the game over when moving it onto the lift gate. Once loaded, they whipped it around like a rag doll and then cranked the straps down so hard, I heard cracking in the cabinet.

Bottom line, my time is worth money- your time might not be worth that much. Don't come into my FS thread and start telling me what to fucking do when you're not even buying.

Damn dude, get unhinged much? Never told you how to sell your game - maybe work on your comprehension?

Thanks @bakerhillpins for your input. Maybe there are better shipping contractors out here - idk. Every time there were 2-3 guys wrapping, then pallet lift, then gone. Probably 1-2 thirty second phone calls for scheduling and that was it.

Nope, I'm actually fine. But your passive-aggressive post about my full-price loss and your follow-up post to prove yourself right, set me off. That's all.

Don't worry he does this to everyone.... Its very obvious he was breastfed until he was 30.

Thanks Jon! We had a nice day of driving and a great meal in Pittsburgh at the place I mentioned. The Cab is in Ohio in one piece but won't get to it for a few months unfortunately.

FWIW—for the life of me I don't know what the catfight above was about with shipping in a M'Fing FS ad. As a Seller I will and do ship games with people with whom I have interacted at least nominally somewhere on here but I wouldn't have shipped this one either. It's a practical thing and not about some moral condemnation of shipping for F sake.

This game was priced fairly and exactly as described by the Seller — but it also wasn't close to perfect. (However it is perfect for my project). If I expected to coin up the minute it got moved off the liftgate I would have been sorely disappointed. I KNOW you guys, you read the title, look at the pics and almost immediately start messaging about pricing before someone might get ahead of you. 95% of the time that's fine but there's 5% of you that expect a Seller to do more than accurately describe the condition of their property (and spoon feed you information as if they're also your buying agent knowing your expectations). In this example if a buyer didn't set eyes on this cab first to see more than a handful of problems, then it was ripe to go sideways with the wrong buyer (when like a dope they finally FIRST educate themselves about their purchase and realize there was more to it than a really great price and complain after about their disappointment with the purchase and the cost to ship — as though the seller caused the problem). I would have made the same call here—no shipping on this one. I'm always "you do you" and not sure how this turned into a straw poll full of unsolicited advice and then argument followed by insults.

No worries Randy! All good. It was great to meet you and your wife. Come back when you're in the area and have more time and we'll actually play some games!
