And more importantly, help me reverse it and make it work again.

Firstly, why is there 3 coin slots?

Next you'll notice someone hacked up the connections on all the mechs. Then there's one single wire that looks as though it should wrap around and connect to the center mech that someone removed from the harness and plugged into the bottom of one of the blinking volcano led buttons on the control panel. (the original wire that goes to that spot i still there and was just disconnected....)

Was this some sort of way to enable freeplay? I don't get it. Does anyone know where the schematic is for this coin door/mech?

PS where can I get replacement red lenses/covers, bulbs, and the inserts for them.
