Just about any arcade parts supplier has locks that would work. The back door did have one too.

Forgive me for my stupid questions. I'm just trying my best at being a purist.
the back doors lock is missing. Was it a standard key or was it a tubular lock? And was it keyed the same as the coin door?
No stupid questions... From the factory the front/back doors were typically not tubular. The back door key would typically hang on the inside of the coin door. Many operators changed out the coin door locks to custom locks so that many games were keyed alike to make their day to day operations easier.
