Yeah. I get it, we all know "what they are worth" lol. This one is not a showroom piece, but its also not hot garbage. I'd like to get it listed here and on FB, but i'm going to crowdsource the range for the asking price. Aso, keep in mind i'm in Calgary, Alberta. I'm willing to pallet it up and arrange for pickup (I just don't want to be dropping it off at a depot). but lets factor that into the costs. It will also come with 2 joysticks, (one of which is a newer repro)

I'm also going to include this video in the sale thread...

That one doesn't show too different than mine, difference being mine doesn't have the side art, but has a new cpo.
Mine also doesn't have any missing wood. I'd probably bondo and paint that piece.
I'd also be a little concerned as a buyer about how wavy the wood and T molding is around the top of the control panel. Did this cab have the wood cut and some other control panel on it?

I'm not sure what the additional joystick adds, seems like there is more joysticks out there than there are 720's at this point.

My guess is around $2000 if the sides were cut for a conversion, if that's not the case, maybe up to $2500.
Then sell the extra joystick separately or at a nice discount to the buyer of the machine.

I know guys ask a lot more than that for 720, just not sure if they really get it.

For the record 720 is my favorite arcade game, period...

Yeah, at some point in its life it was cut down to add a long control panel that would hold the buck hunter shotgun. The guy I bought it off of "deconverted" it back by adding new bits, wasn't the best job, but its completely salvageable if someone was inclined to do the work. Honestly, its held up for the last 3 years we've had it for on location, so if someone wasn't inclined to re-restore it, it would still hold up quite well.

At this point it's taking up space in the garage where I want to put my new miter saw table, lol, so she has to go.

Skate or cut wood. Tough decision. 🛹🪵

Exidy and VAG both quote the low range around $2500. If you can buy the miter saw first and fix the wood, then maybe the 720 will be valued higher. LOL

LOL, yeah I was looking at the price guides but none of them talk about the wood or the shipping from Calgary (Which lets be honest isn't THAT bad) I've shipped and received a few games from over the border and it was never crazy.

I'd be leaning towards putting this one on FB marketplace if you're looking to maximize your return. Here, you'd likely just get the market price. There however, you'd get to add the Hollywood notoriety value of having it in the Last of Us series.
