I went a good while without firing up my Astro City, and now that I got back to it the screen starts to wobble after a minute or so of playing. Degaussing does not fix it, and if the machine is shut off for a little while it goes back to normal -- starting to wobble again after a minute or so. I'm guessing it's a capacitor related problem, but I really do not have the expertise to properly diagnose this.
Also, just yesterday, after turning it on/off a few times testing the wobble, the machine started emitting a high-pitched squealing sound when it is turned on. It went away if the machine was jarred in some way (I wouldn't recommend smacking your cabinet to fix a problem, but it DID work...). It doesn't sound like it's coming from the PSU, so it might be from the monitor/chassis as well.
I've uploaded a video of the wobble and you can hear the squealing as well if your volume is high enough. Any ideas what I'm dealing with? Is this something that can be fixed with a cap kit?
