Partly depends on the condition of the rest of the cabinet. Is the wood minty, or roached? What shape is the sideart in?
I'd say $500-600 as-is, or ~$700-800 fully working. Maybe add $100 to those numbers if you were in the right market at the right time. But prices on everything have been falling lately.
You should troubleshoot the playing blind issue, as it could potentially be an easy fix, and something as simple as a cold solder joint on the monitor (which reflowing the headers would fix.) But if the game board needs work, you can send it out for repair, it would cost you $150 or so, depending who you use. But you'll have a much larger pool of people interested if you can sell it as 100% working.
Do you know what model monitor is in it?
