My asteroids video was cutting out randomly for a few weeks, now it is out and won't come back.
I have swapped out a known working PCB and AR, still no video.
The spot killer light is on, no matter what boards I have in there.
Neck does have a glow.
Everything has been capped and worked after being capped, but has died since.
Any suggestions?

Well, if you've swapped in a known-good PCB, then it would seem that the problem isn't your Asteroids board, but your monitor.

There's a seperate forum for monitor problems, and this thread probably belongs over there. You should perhaps start by determining what model of monitor you have. I believe G05-802s are common in Asteroids, but you could also have a G05-801 or a V2000. You might google "B&W vector monitor" as there's a pretty decent FAQ out there. Of course, check for proper supply voltages, and check the fuses and bridge rectifier output. Also check the harness/pins/connectors to be sure the video signal is getting from the PCB to the monitor.

PS-double check your work on the caps, make sure none of them were installed with polarity reversed...
