All I get is a hum from the power brick. Other than that, only the coin light comes on. I've had the monitor recapped, and rebuilt the power brick. Nothing lights up, board or A/R.
Measure voltages and narrow it down
IE: at the 15 pin plug on the Power brick
Measure the 60VAC (30/0/30) or if it's a G05-801 monitor, these will be higher)
and if all them voltages are correct, move to the AR1, check the 10.3VDC, the 36VAC, and the 5VDC
Report results back etc. If this makes no sense, find a KLOVer who can show you if possible
I replaces them, as well as the Big Blue. Before I had anything done to the game, I had LED lights on various boards. Now that I've done what I needed to get it back from the dead, I hardly get anything.

Don't just look at/replace the fuses; Look at the fuse holders and see if they are loose. Check the wires and connections coming off of the various connections. Test all voltages to the pcb BEFORE hooking up power to them *NOTE: you may have to temp bypass the sens circuit. Test power supply and maybe use a car test light at connector to watch for voltages to come and go as you wiggle low voltage wires, 12, 5, -5, etc.
