Asteroids Deluxe half screen problem

I have half a screen; only the right side is showing up. Never had a problem with this game in almost 10 years. Can someone give me some advice? Maybe I can fix it myself. I have a party coming up here this saturday and now I'm desperate and pissed...

Pull the deflection board and reflow the solder on the header pins, it is very common.

doing that fixed my AD cocktail right up. it's probably what caused a couple of the fuses to blow in the first place and was the reason for the great deal i got on it.

i noticed at least four cracked solder joints and there may have been more. they were spread out between at least three of the four different headers i reflowed, so make sure you hit all of 'em.
