I recently bought an Asteroids Deluxe from Bryan95502 and the cabinet was pretty good but it had been dropped on its rear corner and it was coming apart. I glued the cabinet back and clamped it overnight. The corner was going to have to be replaced before I could put on new side art.
I used a couple of clamps to make a fence and set the blade depth on my circular saw and cut out the corner
Here is the offending piece.
I cut out a new corner and made a new groove for the t-molding and set it in place. After a little wood putty and some more sanding it came out real nice. I bet my neighbors were wondering what the palm sander noise was (I live in an apartment)
