So I go into my arcade the other day and notice an arcade monitor just laying on the floor in the corner. I text my volunteer from the night before and ask him what's up. Apparently some older guy just came in and left an asteroids deluxe pcb and monitor. He said he didn't think they worked.

Now, I don't have equipement to test these. Closest I have is a warlords cabinet.

What would be the minimum I would need to test this?

All he left was the PCB and the Monitor w/ chassis.

for the PCB you would need an Asteroids or Deluxe harness, power supply and an A/R board along with some sort of controls.

for the monitor you'd need a black & white vector game which uses that type of monitor... other than Atari's like Battlezone or Red Barron i'm not sure which would do.

best to find someone with a working AD cabinet you could test 'em in, or maybe sell 'em as "untested" to someone local.
