The diagram on the link helps alot. If I am reading it correctly, I should be able to place the board in my machine safely to verify it powers on as all of the voltages/grounds line up.
The board gave no power indication, and I didn't know what the pinouts for the connector was when I was on-site, so I didn't check the power supply. I figured I could drop it in my machine just to see if the board does powerup or not. If not, I can send it out for repair and check the power supply on-site next time I stop over there.
I currently have no monitor in my machine, so I couldn't play either way... lol
