I have a Asteroids deluxe 1981 and there are 2 wires that have come loose from the yoke of the moniter. One is yellow and the other is brown. There is a total of 7 wire all together that go to the bottom of the yoke. 5 are connected and then theres the two that aren't The yoke has 3 hole or places that wires could go and I don't know which holes to put the yellow and brown wires in. I have tried putting them in different holes and i do get the yoke to glow but no screen. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks

What kind of monitor is it?

There are a few monitors that could be in that cabinet. Which one do you have? If you're not sure, you can take a pic and post it for identification here, or check out the page below:

You might have a WG19V2000 or a G05-802 (or a G05-801), but it could be different than those too, they're just the more common ones.

G05-802/805 Monochrome Quadrscan X-Y Monitor

The manual I have says its a G05-802/805 Monochrome Quadrscan X-Y Monitor. I looked at the site you sent and I still cant see what holes the yellow and brown wires are supposed to go. When i find out I also need to find the proper way to put them back correctly so they want fall right back out. Thanks

Just because that's what the manual says, doesn't mean that's the monitor that's in there. You have to actually *look* at the monitor.

It's also not clear which wires you are talking about. The monitor's yoke only has four wires.

If you simply need to know which wires go where, the manual for the game will have all the game's wiring harness layed out in the wiring diagram, and the monitor's manual will have the information about the wiring of the monitor itself.
