Just picked this up within the last hour. Any fans of this game out there? Looks like its a lot of fun!

The game is in amazing shape and has the right sticks on it.

Not bad for 75$ bucks!!

Oh, cool story bro.

one more of the growing legion that need side art...hopefully the repro guys will realize this is a more lucrative project than art for three or four people's cabaret's.

Yeah, I have been on this site for around 2 years now, and honestly I feel like i read more about people needing sideart for Assault than any other game.

Maybe someday!!

I'll offer you double what you paid. :) Good get, buddy! I'd LOVE to have an Assault.

Nice ! That game has a wickedly funky cabinet. It's a great game too, I love the scrolling. I play it from time-to-time but it's a pain as I have to swap out a control panel for a trigger top joystick.

Yeah, the game is a lot of fun. I finished working on it last night and got to play some of it today. Not an easy game by any means imo!

I have the opportunity to pick one up, but I am undecided. At least it doesnt look like it takes up much space.

One of my Grails buy it doesn't come up for sale around here. I have fond memories of playing in in Aladdin Castle in our local Mall. They had it at HAAG last year and I played it a bunch.

I owned one for several years. It had NOS sticks on it, so it played like a dream. I seem to recall mine needed sideart too. The problem with them is that the sideart peels off easily AND it is easy to get at because of the cabinet design.

Missing originals is tough, because they are both 4-way and top fire. I have seen quite a few of them with 8-way top fire replacement sticks and they just don't play right that way.

Mine is missing the original sticks......

Time to get the multi-kit Assault/Assault Plus.
